Health Benefits of Transcendental Meditation
Transcendental meditation has incredible health benefits. This ancient practice has a positive and beneficial influence on your body, mind, and spirit. Practiced appropriately and constantly, transcendental meditation produces a feeling of deep relaxation, and promotes the regeneration of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being, improves your general health by activating the healing powers of your own body. Transcendental meditation replaces your need for pharmaceutical drugs and hormone replacement therapy, and does not cost a dime. The practice of transcendental meditation has been proven to create happiness, increase inner peace, extend life, lower stress levels and blood pressure, and resolve emotional problems, such as substance abuse, anger, fear, anxiety, and depression. Transcendental meditation accompanied by deep breathing dramatically improves all aspects of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, promotes your intellectual capacity, creativity, and mental functioning, overall sense of well-being, and helps create personal success and personal achievement, along with a sense of personal satisfaction resulting from a fruitful and fulfilled life.
Regardless of your past or present circumstances in life, transcendental meditation can assist you in creating real happiness, joy, and meaning in your life. This transformative technique usually practiced mostly by oriental monks, mystics, religious leaders, sages, and philosophers, can also accelerate your emotional, mental, and spiritual growth, minimize your attachment to material possessions, provide you with a profound feeling of relaxation, inner peace, and overall sense of well-being, dramatically raise your stress threshold, heal your emotional trauma, stimulate and optimize the production of body chemicals associated with better health, vitality and youthful vigor, general well-being, and longevity. In addition, transcendental meditation helps you live life more abundantly, increases your love towards all individuals and animals, helps you create your worldly success, personal satisfaction and fulfillment, increases your awareness and empathy for suffering humanity, and inspires you to serve humanity for the glory of God, as Jesus Christ did while living on this earth in flesh and blood.

Human Biomagnetism
It is a basic law of physics that when an electric current flows through a conductor, a magnetic field is created in the surrounding space. The circulatory system is an excellent conductor of electricity because of its high salt content. The circulatory system transports blood and nutrients to every cell and tissue and conducts the electricity that originates mainly from the heart to all parts of the body. The electricity that flows through the human system is always accompanied by a magnetic field. Thus, the human body produces electromagnetism that consists of the electric field and the magnetic field. Research on the electromagnetism of the human body is underway in medical and academic research centers around the world.
By nature, we are all electromagnetic beings. Your physical body produces and emits electromagnetic energy. Several human processes such as the heart and brain functions are based on electrical activity. These activities are accompanied by an electromagnetic field. In the language of modern science, the electromagnetic field that radiates from the human body is called biomagnetism or the aura. This human energy field is the vital energy in humans and nature’s way of protecting the body from diseases, unpleasant sensations, and harmful radiations from the environment. The aura surrounding your body can also protect you from infection and diseases, keep you healthy, and protect you against negative vibrations and actions from individuals with evil intentions. Though not visible to the naked eye, the biomagnetic field surrounding you interacts positively or negatively with the energies of other individuals. Thus, your personal biomagnetism can either be attractive or repulsive to others. Electrical and magnetic fields generated by cells, tissues, and organs of your body, and even pathologies, are not only useful for diagnoses of diseases, but also are part of your body’s mechanism for communicating with itself and its environment. Each heartbeat, each breathe, each muscle contraction, each word from your mouth, and every emotion generated in you and around you have characteristic electromagnetic fields that travel through the living matrix to remote tissues and cells of your body. The electromagnetic energy of a super-charged and super-energized healthy body can be used to heal an injured or a disease-infected body as demonstrated by Jesus of Nazareth.
While every tissue and organ contributes to your overall personal biomagnetism, your heart produces the strongest electrical and magnetic activity. Your heart’s electricity is distributed throughout your body primarily through the circulatory system, which is a good conductor by virtue of its high salt content. Muscle contractions also generate electromagnetic pulses. Because energy fields are unbounded, the electromagnetic fields of the heart extend indefinitely into space. Evidence from modern medical research has shown that energy in the human body can register itself on electrical measuring meters. Electric fields are measured with the aid of surface electrodes. In clinical practice, heart electricity is measured by electrocardiogram (ECG) while brain electricity is measured by electroencephalogram (EEG). The magnetic field is measured with magnetometers.

Energy Medicine
Energy is Medicine! Science now recognizes that everything in the universe is composed of energy and vibrations. Virtually every aspect of nature is governed by vibrations. All life depends upon atoms and molecules interacting through vibrating or oscillating particles. Sound and heat are created by the vibrations of atoms. and the vibrations of electrons in an object create light. All living things, including you, emit energy fields that can be measured by standard detectors. Energy fields around your body have biological and clinical significance because they reflect your physical, mental, and spiritual health and general well-being. Electric and magnetic fields generated by tissues and organs of your body, and even pathologies, are not only useful for disease diagnosis, they are also part of the body’s mechanism for communicating with itself and its environment.
Natural energy forces in you and in the environment around you play a very important role in keeping you healthy and disease-free. Energy medicine involves the use of energy fields for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It can be broadly defined as the healing of mental or physical diseases and disorders by restoring the natural energy field in the human body to its normal frequency or by drawing upon the spiritual energy of the healer to manifest such healing or cure. The concept and practice of energy medicine is not new. It has been used since the dawn of the world to cure diseases and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It encompasses any treatment method, technique, or procedure that utilizes any form of energy (light, sound, heat, electricity, magnetism, mechanical energy, etc.) to prevent or cure a disease or heal a sick person.
At this point in time, a variety of alternative and complementary treatments are based on the use, modification, or manipulation of energy fields for healing purposes. Although this healing technique is often associated with either the Eastern or New Age belief systems, energy medicine is now widely practiced all over the world, in both developed and developing nations. When understood and applied properly and correctly, energy medicine can provide cures for diseases, whereas, conventional medicine manages disease symptoms only, without providing any cure. The conventional biochemical Western Medicine offers palliative healthcare, pure and simple. It helps to take care of a patient, reduce some pains, prolong his/her life for a few years with pains, make money out of the individual’s misery, but does not fully heal the patient nor cure any disease. Because of the instant and total cure of patients produced by His touch or words from His mouth, the healing technique of Jesus Christ must have involved energy transfer. Energy therapy is now recognized as a bona fide mode of treatment by the United States National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, a branch of the National Institute of Health (NIH).

The Kidneys Act Like Human Garbage Collectors
The kidneys can be considered as the ‘garbage collector” of your body, however, they are much more than “garbage collectors” because they don’t just dump the garbage somewhere and leave; they filter waste materials collected, make them useful again and recycle them, and make them perfect for your body. Just imagine a city street with all garbage uncollected. The street will become clogged, stinky, and impassable. Thus, if your kidneys fail to perform their duty, your blood will be clogged with impurities, you would stink as hell, and your body will shut down. Is it not a miracle that yor kidneys can prevent the shut-down of your whole body and prevent death?
Many health-related problems can be created by malfunctioning or disfunctioning sets of kidneys. Since blood pressure is closely associated with the amount of fluid in your body, and the kidneys control the quantity and quality of fluids within your body, blood pressure may increase to a very dangerous level if your kidneys fail to function properly. When your kidneys malfunctions, fluids, toxic substances, and waste products, such as urea, may accumulate in body tissues, poison the cells, create a life-threatening situation, and eventually leading to death. The important conditions, substances and minerals that your kidneys help to control include sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphate, magnesium, chloride, bicarbonate, and pH (acidity).
Disorders of the kidney include chronic kidney disease, kidney failure, kidney stones, and kidney cancer. These diseases can lead to build-up of harmful waste in your body, increase your blood pressure, or cause fluid retention throughout your body, ultimately resulting in kidney failure and/or death. Although some kidney diseases can be treated with medication, chronic or severe kidney diseases require more intense treatment. A treatment option for patients with malfunctioning kidneys or kidney failure is called dialysis. In this treatment strategy, the patient's blood is pumped through a dialysis machine which filters waste products of metabolism from the blood and returns the clean blood to the body. The machine acts as artificial kidney and restores adequate levels of fluids, nutrients and ions to the body. However, kidney transplant is the most radical treatment for chronic kidney disease.

Excretion and the Kidneys
The excretory system is responsible for eliminating the waste products of metabolism from your body. The primary organs in charge of this important task are the kidneys, the skin, the liver, and the lungs. These organs regulate the chemical composition of body fluids by removing metabolic wastes and conserving the normal amounts of nutrients, water, and salts, necessary for harmony And balance of the human body. The liver performs a vital excretory function in addition to its digestive functions. It gets rid of unwanted wastes in the body. It is in charge of breaking down toxic chemicals and drugs that may be harmful to the body. The liver also changes ammonia, a poisonous gas, to urea, a harmless liquid and secretes bile which breaks down fats. Wastes, gases, such as carbon dioxide, which are carried through the veins, are removed from the body by the lungs during respiration while dead cells and waste products such as excess water, salt, urea and uric acid are removed from the body in sweat through the skin.
The kidneys are the most important organs of the excretory system. These two bean-shaped, reddish-brown organs located on either side of the spinal column near the lower back, act as blood filters. All blood circulating through the human body eventually passes through the kidneys where harmful substances are removed from the bloodstream while retaining the substances that make the body fit and healthy The kidneys receive oxygenated blood traveling from the largest artery in the human body (the aorta), filter the blood, and circulate it back to the heart with the appropriate amounts of fluids, nutrients and chemicals for distribution and use throughout the body. During the process, metabolic waste products which include unwanted water, minerals, and urea, are filtered from the blood by the kidneys to produce a liquid commonly known as urine. The kidneys then transfer the urine through two tubes (ureters) into the bladder where the urine is stored until muscular contraction forces the urine out of the body through the urethra by a process we call urination.
